Partnership will expand SRHO’s ability to assist its Members and their Affiliates in supporting and caring for their self-pay and indigent patients
COLUMBIA — April 20, 2021 — Cadre Health, a leading provider of technology solutions within the healthcare sector works to improve financial, operational, and clinical outcomes would like to announce a partnership with the Strategic Regional Healthcare Organization – The National Association (SRHO), a healthcare consortium that is a recognized leader in creating value for its Members and their Affiliates.
Cadre Health’s partnership with SRHO is geared toward assisting healthcare providers around the growing needs and demands of the self-pay and indigent patient populations. The struggles of 2020, due to the pandemic and otherwise, have placed a greater amount of stress on healthcare providers who continue to see growing numbers of challenged and impoverished patients.
Traditionally, providers use separate teams to connect with these patients on a range of issues spanning Medicaid enrollment, social services, financial counseling, early out options and other services. Cadre Health’s platform and services leverage novel technology to automate the screening process of more than 1,600 programs nationally which allows a healthcare provider to instantly connect patients with an array of programs in a streamlined and transparent manner. Cadre’s proven platform allows participating providers to increase reimbursement and cash flow, while simultaneously caring for the patient in a wholistic manner. On average, Cadre’s program secures an additional $5,000 per bed per year for a healthcare facility.
“We are thrilled to partner with SRHO and assist its members in securing needed cash flow while enhancing the services provided to its patients,” said Kurt Rall, Chief Revenue Officer of Cadre Health. “By screening for 1,600 plus programs in an automated manner, we are able to break down longstanding silos in healthcare and allow management to get their arms around the processes of assisting these self-pay/indigent patients—all while increasing cash flow for the organizations.”
“We are excited to welcome Cadre Health to our Initiative Partners network and look forward to seeing the impact they will have on our Members and their Affiliate Hospitals—and most importantly, on their patients. This partnership presents a tremendous opportunity for our health system Affiliates to leverage technology to better reach and manage their self pay and indigent patient population while improving financial performance,” said Mark Tribbett, Chief Executive Officer at SRHO.
